TECHNOLOGY · ZOHO CRM
A sales process that is visible, organised and predictable.
We introduce Zoho CRM only once it is clear how your sales should work. First we organise the process and responsibilities, then the system that supports them.
What you get
A single view of all customers and deals
Automated sales activities
Reliable forecasts and reports for management
CHALLENGES
Where growing companies most often lose sales
01
Data scattered across departments
Sales, marketing and support work separately. Customer information sits in emails and spreadsheets, service suffers and deals close more slowly.
02
Time lost on manual work
Salespeople spend hours on data entry, template emails and administration instead of talking to customers.
03
Decisions made “by gut feeling”
Without reliable reports, management does not know which campaigns pay off, who sells best or what revenue to expect.
OUR APPROACH
Before we choose a tool, we organise your sales
A CRM delivers results only if the team uses it and the process behind it makes sense. That is why we run every project through three layers.
PEOPLE
Roles, goals, habits
We define responsibilities in sales, goals and the way the team works with data.
PROCESSES
Sales funnel and rules
We map the sales stages, the criteria for moving from one stage to the next and how accounts are handed over between colleagues.
TECHNOLOGY
Zoho CRM built around your process
We configure the system around the process, not the process around the system.

FAQ
Questions we are asked most often
How long does implementation take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the sales process and the need for data migration.
Can you move data from our old CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. We clean the data, map the fields and migrate it securely from Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot or other systems.
Will our team be trained?
Yes. We run live training for administrators and users, and recorded video guides stay available for new colleagues.
Is Zoho CRM suitable for small companies too?
Yes, and it scales well as the company grows. For very small teams Zoho Bigin is sometimes the better choice, and we will tell you honestly which one is right for you.
Which applications does Zoho CRM connect with?
With Zoho People, Desk and Books, as well as tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and ERP systems. We connect them through Zoho Flow or custom API integrations.
Is there a mandatory monthly fee or an ongoing contract?
No. After delivery and training the system is entirely yours. You use support when you need it, and you pay for new development only when you need it.
